Institute of Coding Employer Launch Event: Closing the Digital Skills Gap

- Recognising the urgent need to bridge the digital skills gap facing our nation, the Institute of Coding is a government-funded initiative to improve digital skills across England. Newcastle University, as one of the Institute's major delivery partners, would like to invite you to join us at our official launch event.

Vehicles as Power Plants: Achieving Integrated, Low-Carbon Energy for All

- Automotive and other vehicles such as trains, trams and planes move us around the planet like never before. But what if they could also store energy and supply it to the grid using vehicle-to-grid infrastructure? This is a Cafe Scientifique-style event focusing on discussion and contributions from participants. All are welcome.
