The Garage is six stories tall and has 513 spaces. It’s built for the future of car ownership, with fast-charging points fed by Helix's District Energy Centre.
The car park highlights the drive that Helix partnership has to become an exemplar of urban development where car parking is required.
Sustainability has been considered throughout all of The Garage’s design – from minimal parking to sustainable contractors to an preserving a "pedestrian-first" site.
